Technique: Polaroid Lift on Printmaking Paper, finished with Cold Wax

I took a photo of her many, many years ago. I saw it as a drawing or painting, and wanted to preserve the image to work from later. Now, so many years later, I printed and enlarged it as reference to paint from. But as often happens when I’m drawing or painting, I get new photography ideas. When I saw the enlarged photo printed in my art studio, I wondered how it might look as a Polaroid Lift. The film I used was very old/expired, and difficult to separate fully in a Lift, but I really how it turned out.
